Q: “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
All of our custom jerseys will be manufactured within a 21 day period, excluding any local public or national holidays. Once your jersey has been manufactured, it will be shipped direct to your address.
Q: “Can I get a refund or exchange my items?”
All jerseys at Jersey Culture are custom made for you. Due to this, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you carefully select your product, your size and most importantly, spell your personalisation's correctly.
If your item is faulty, we will glady replace it for you.Q: “Do you offer bulk jerseys for sports teams?”
Yes! We sure can. We can do either custom designs unique to you, or bulk purchases of the designs you see on our store. We can also make off field uniforms such as tracksuits too. Message us today to find out more.
Q: "Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?"
If you have any problems with your order feel free to send us a message on Instagram or email us at info@jerseyculture.store and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Q: "Can I change the name on my jersey after I've placed the order?"
Unfortunately your product gets sent straight to print once the order is placed. This means that whatever name and/or number you write will get printed, so please check carefully before ordering.
